Production Infrastructure and Capacity

YIER’s production facilities span tens of thousands of square meters, housing processing and rolling equipment capable of handling various steel specifications:

Galvanizing Lines: Operating with automated controls to provide uniform zinc application across sheets, coils, and wire products.

Precision Rolling and Profiling Machinery: Ensuring dimensional tolerances for structural sections, flat bars, and round bars meet required standards.

Integrated Quality Control Workflow

Quality assurance at YIER is systematically applied throughout the manufacturing process:

Raw Material Verification: Chemical composition testing of incoming carbon steel, alloy, and stainless steel billets to verify compliance with international standards (such as ASTM, EN, and JIS).

In-Line Production Monitoring: Continuous inspection of wall thickness, zinc coating thickness, and surface condition during rolling operations.

Mechanical and Corrosion Testing: Laboratory evaluations including tensile strength testing, bend tests, and salt-spray testing for coated products.

Final Inspection and Packaging Audit: Verifying bundle counts, labeling accuracy, and seaworthy packaging prior to shipment.

Every shipment is supplied with an official EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificate (MTC), and third-party inspections (such as SGS or Intertek) can be arranged upon request.
